Business Development Manager Trainee (Full Time)
Job descriptions:
-Create campus recruiting partnership strategy
-Establish and maintain relationships with HRs, campus recruiters, staffing agents to help increase branch exposure and help students land jobs/internships.
-Effectively partner with hiring managers to better understand business needs and market our students to them
-Follow up with HR leads via phone email and other communication resources
-Design and impalement training materials
-Conduct mocking interviews and resume revision for students
Skills
-2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced professional office environment
-Service driven, organized and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced and busy office with changing priorities
-High level of self-motivation.
-Knowledge of HR/recruiting industry
