职业能力要求：
融资经理需要拥有广泛的人脉资源、项目资源和社会资源，他们通晓金融系统游戏规则，熟悉公司战略规划，为实现蓝图提供必须的资金资源。
熟悉企业并购、股权融资、债券发行、授信贷款和组合融资等投资方式，协助我们的公司实现壮大目标，同时还协助我们的公司开展上市公司前导运营分析。
分析市场和项目资金状况和需求，制订相应融资解决方案，撰写融资可行性分析报告；
企业融资方案的具体实施和操作，对企业融资和资金运作业绩成败承担责任；
建立、维护与金融及其他相关机构的人脉资源、项目资源和社会资源。
募集小投资者或柜台交易市场(OTC)来源可靠的资金投资我公司得到充分发展，协助公司股权分配和调整策略。
向出资者或控股财团提交商业发展计划书，提交时要求面见和尽力加以解说。编辑、撰写和修订必须事先通知公司讨论。
尝试收购有用的公司，制定并购方案，分析行业金融和资金动态资料。
工作岗位：
1 负责接洽创业融资对象、私人股本基金主事、股权合伙投资者或资产信托管理公司，拟定碰面方式、项目估算、融资方案和磋商细节等，亲自谋划商业融资报告；
2 对资金来源供给进行分析，协助信托部门制定规模收益的平衡规划，完成公司打理财务的拓展目标和盈利幅度计划，
3 配合公司信托部门的融资需求，了解年度财务压力和经营水平情况，撰写公司的储备资本信用报告，主动预备防范金融风险的措施，灵活运用风险损失控制的策略；
4 负责董事会和监事会的持续沟通，防止信任感浮动，保持有效的顺畅联络，与金融界建立场稳定的业务合作关系；
5 积极与银行取得联系，争取获得最大额度的授信权益和融资方案谅解期效。
6 熟悉企业并购、股权融资、债卷发行方法、授信贷款和组合融资等投资方式，协助我们的公司实现壮大目标，同时协助我们的公司开展上市公司前期运营分析。
7 募集小投资者或来源可靠的合法资金输送我们的公司得到充分发展，协助公司股红分配和调整还债策略。
8 向出资者或控股财团提交商业发展计划书，提交时要求面见和尽力加以演说，编辑解说、撰写意见和修订商团营业书必须事先通知公司讨论。
　报酬待遇：
不限期正规渠道融资，年度融资五千万额度，个人年薪百分之二融资额度，小组年薪为百分之三。

工作经验：
三年以上项目融资经验，并有融资操作的成功案例。
熟悉银行信贷和各项融资方法，熟悉资本运作项目的程序和操作。
能较好地把握客观经济政治形势走向，具有一定的财务、金融及企业管理知识。

将领导拥有约3~6名员工的小组，团队的主要责任是制定出色的资金需求解决方案，负责为公司及运营团队在进行关键项目的资金需求提供保证，支持公司一系列的全球利润利益举措取得进展。

Desired Skills and Experience
