Our real estate team in Pasadena area needs an experienced, dedicated and highly organized individual to manage the administrative, transaction and marketing aspects of a growing business.

Our ideal candidate is:
Bilingual in Chinese and English is a must, being able to read, write and speak.
Tech savvy - MS Office, Powerpoint, multiple MLS, YouTube, social media, Google, docusign, Dropbox, Wechat etc.
Licensed - a CA salesperson’s license is a big plus.
Learning based, open-minded, deadline driven.
Impeccably service oriented.
Deeply committed to quality in everything he/she does.
Someone who follows through and does not drop the ball.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations of the office and multiple real estate transactions from contract to close.
Create and maintain data on MLS, consume websites and social media
Assist in developing branding and website development
Implement and follow work flow systems
Show properties, attend inspections, coordinate with vendors, contractors, attorneys, appraisers and cobrokers
Create print/online marketing materials and advertising pieces
Manage drip marketing campaigns and other lead tracking strategies
Client services support
Prior experience in a real estate office is a plus. Must own a car, have a valid driving license and insurance.
Details:
Salary: Hourly rate plus bonus.
Hours: Flexible, could grow to fulltime
