Nice sized lot for a small price. Just less than 70¢ a square ft. No water, no power, no direct road (as it stands). Gorgeous views and forested surroundings. Great spot for some forest bathing or just to own for the sake of owning something. CPP Mutual Water Co. currently has a moratorium on new water meter shares so that's something to be aware of too. Why buy it? I can try to talk you out of it but chances are you will have already decided weather or not to buy it before you even call me. Can't camp.
