If location is important…it should be. This property is very well located next to showers, laundry, & some parking for day time guests. It backs up to a lovely view of the golf course with no RVs at the back. Just beautiful wide open space. There is a designated cart parking area at the front. As you enter the living area you will see a privacy wall with a light pillar at one end. Step to the other side of the wall to view the propane fireplace and TV cabinet. Next to this section is the kitchen. Here you will find a double SS sink, good size tiled counter space with eating bar and seating for four. There is a built in BBQ, side burner, and under counter fridge. Just steps from the kitchen is the dining area on a raised section of the patio. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. There is a small lake with water fall just off to the side of this dining spot. The metal Gazebo sits behind the RV adding to your privacy.
